Our values are what define us. We live our lives based on our values. You can say all day that you believe a certain way but it is your value system that will be lived out on a daily basis. That is why we; RLM have core values. These are the five basic values that determine what we do as a church familyand how we love our God and community.  It is the family way. It is these values that help empower us as followers of Jesus to fulfill the mission that He has called us to.

One word from God can change your world instantly. It can revolutionize your life. Set you on fire. Enable you to do things that have been beyond your grasp. One word from God can not only change your life but all those around you. God wants to speak to His people. The question is, do His people want to hear His voice?

Our lives as followers of Jesus Christ should be a witness of Life. The Life that He brings. The Life that He is. The words we speak should bring life. The life we live should bring life. How we do our jobs should bring life. Why? Because we are witness of that Life. The disciples saw first hand as eye witnesses to the Life that Jesus brought to people while He was on this earth. However, it was in the best interest of the entire world that Jesus should leave. Because then He could pass that Life on to us and we then begin giving that Life away, so, others can be witnesses of Life also.

At one time in history a cross represented cruelty, pain, sorrow, shame, and the worst of humanity.  The Romans wanted the cross to strike fear into people's heart.  It was easier to control the masses when horrific death scenes were on display.  It was during 4th century that the Cross became a symbol of hope and redemption rather than one of death.  Although the death that Jesus suffered on the Cross that day two thousand years ago was horrid and unimaginable, today all across the globe the Cross is beacon to all those who are in need of hope, restoration, and life.  Today there is a POWER in the Cross. No more inability to be the man or woman of God that He called us to be.
