Moving forward is a normal and natural thing for us as humans. Why? Because God put it in us. Over the past two years we have been attacked in a way to minimize us from moving forward as a people that has been "unprecedented" in human history. The simplicity of going forward is really one of the easiest things we can do. Lean forward and any momentum you have will, by shear gravity, move you forward. God wants us to go forward. He wants us to advance. He has built into our DNA. 2022 will be a year of using the momentum and opportunities God has given us to catapult us forward and advance His kingdom in the here and now.

This is the season of giving.  Christmas the world wide is consider by most to be the time of the year where goodwill and giving are in ample supply.  Knowing what price that Jesus paid for us to have and live in freedom what gift would you bring to Him that could compare?  There are a myriad of answers that we could give but the ultimate would be our trust.  We trust His heart, His ways and ultimately, His power.  Walk in the freedom that He bought and paid for by giving Him your unbiased trust.

Who doesn't like to receive gifts? I can't think of anyone. We all love to get gifts. Some of us actually like giving gifts more than we like receiving them. There is a gift that is so amazing and wonderful that everyone on the earth has asked for it at least once in their life. That is the gift of forgiveness. We have all wronged someone and have had to ask for their forgiveness. It was a welcomed reception when it was extended. However, that gift only lasted till the next time we wronged someone. The gift of forgiveness from God is a gift that never runs out. God has an endless supply of mercy and grace. Does that mean that I can do whatever I want when I want to whomever I want? No! A thousand times no. It is that endless forgiveness that make me not want to hurt Him or anyone else. It brings freedom to be who He created us to be and the power to do it.

Thanksgiving is so much more than a holiday we celebrate once a year.  It actually should be a lifestyle that we live that is borne out of the gratefulness of our hearts.  Thanksgiving does so much for us and the world around us.  Thanksgiving has the power to change the atmosphere and to usher us into the presence of God.  And in His presence we find the fullness of Joy that the world is envious of.  Not only does thanksgiving usher us into His presence it also allows us to receive his mercy and grace giving us the ability to "come boldly" into His presence.
