God wants to speak to us. It's not that God is not speaking it could be we are not listening. He wants us to hear His voice for fellowship, direction, hope, and much more. In the Old Testament God would speak to His people in times of distress and trials because they would set themselves to hear from Him. They would shut down just about everything and fast and pray until they heard from Him. Today God can speak to us directly whether we are going through difficulties or not but sometimes He will use those times to get us to slow down and listen. When we hear His voice it will change our direction and trajectory in our life.

As believers and followers of Jesus Christ we have a peace that the rest of the world envies. Well, at least we are suppose to have it. How can we get that peace if we don't have it? By putting on the "FULL" armor of God, and "shodding" your feet with the "gospel of peace". It is a peace that will lead you through difficult and hard times, all for the glory of God.
