Everybody believes in something or someone. Belief is easy whereas trust is a whole different matter. Our belief in God does not equate to our trust in God. It is easy to believe from the sidelines but in the game your belief quickly turn to trust or non-trust in those who are around you. The same as it is with our relationship with God. It is easy to talk religious smack but to trust God with your whole entire life is another issue. Do you trust God? Wait before you answer so quickly. Let me ask it like this. Are you willing to put your life in God's hands and do what God says, when God says, and how He says to do it? Now, ask yourself the question. DO I TRUST GOD?

Did you know that the Bible talks about trees alot? Apart from God and people the Bible speaks of trees the most. Why is that? Well today guest speaker Ryan "Remo" Moreaux will address what it means to not worry and be sappy. The analogy will be taken from trees and how we are to be like trees. No, this is not a message about hugging trees however, it is about how important they are to us as humans and how God refers to us as trees and how important we are to this world and the power He has put in us.

The question is not whether we will leave a legacy or not. We will all leave a legacy. The questions is what kind of legacy will we leave? Are you living a life of hope, honor, integrity, peace, and joy. Or are you living a selfish, ego-centered life? Either way you will impact the next generation. How I live my life today will affect and effect future generations. Let us not curse the generations to come by how we live today. The life that Jesus Christ lived while here on this earth has affected generations for over 2000 years. Our world has been impacted and changed because of His life. What are you leaving for future generations?

God is not a deity that we worship from afar off. He has done everything possible for us to have an intimate relationship with Him. He wants us and we must want Him not just need Him. God has asked us to do somethings that are more for our benefit that His glory or praise. When we do these 8 things it pulls us closer in. It gets us to a place where we can hear the heartbeat of God. It moves us, changes us, empowers us, and transforms us. Our world is busier than it has ever been. We have information 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can watch TV, movies, shows, concerts, you name at anytime you want. Sometime all this noise can actually paralyze us. To a point where we can move on in our life or all we are doing is simply reacting to the noise with no vision for the future. Jesus is call us to step forward into who He is and all that He has for us. It's not like the noise you've ever heard or experienced before. Slow down, look at Jesus, come to Jesus.
