He has given us instruction as how we are to use them with Him and with others. Our words can hold life or death within their grasp the choice is up to you. What we say truly does matter. Taking care of business has been something Jesus stressed to us as believers. It's not just about doing but about hearing His voice and moving forward with His desire to see the world set free from it's bondage. It's hard to take care of business if we can not hear Him speak to us. His word, written and spoken (not preaching or prophetic) to us is paramount in advancing the Kingdom of God. We must be receivers and doers of the word. Pastor Allen ends an 8 week series on doing the best with what God puts in our hands.

Sometimes when we get direction or a word from God that we know is our destiny, waiting for that to come to pass is never easy. We get the cart before the horse many times and either get ahead of God or miss Him all together. What are we supposed to do in the meanwhile while we wait? One of the most important things that we have been given the task of stewarding well is the awesome and overwhelming love of God. However, it is difficult to share His love if we have never even experienced that love first hand. Many people go to church, talk about the love of God, they even help the poor and the oppressed but it is all done from human effort and striving. As true follower of Jesus we have had the love of God "shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit" and now we don't have to work love up it flows out of us freely and restricted. We give it away like there is an endless supply because there is. Freely give because you have freely received.

We are called to live supernatural lives as followers of Jesus Christ. Why? Because the world is in desperate need of us to. Jesus, left us the Holy Spirit to empower us with what we need to be His hands and feet to a world that is beaten, battered and bruised. We are to live supernatural lives on a daily basis. Jesus, even told us to do greater works than the ones that He did. We immediately take the position of "I can't do that, Jesus raised the dead. I am nobody special." Well, obviously Jesus knew what He was doing cause He left us the Holy Spirit to infill us so that we could do just that, change the world."
