Part of taking care of business is taking what God has given us and using it to advance the Kingdom, for His glory, and to make our world better. One of those things that we all have is our salvation. What are we doing with that? Salvation is more than saying a prayer and changing your lifestyle. God changes us from the inside out and it flows through us naturally supernatural. We are to steward our salvation by sharing and invest our story into the lives of others. We are to share with our family, our friends, our co-workers, and our community. God never gives us something just to consume it on our own self. He gives so we can invest, steward and reap a harvest of lives for His glory. What are you doing with what He has placed in your hands?

God has placed different things, abilities, talents, gifts, opportunities, etc... in our hands. The question that we need to ask is what are we doing with what He has placed in our hands. Are we "taking care of business?" His business! We are followers of Jesus Christ and as such we are to be good stewards of what He has entrusted to us. In doing so we not only honor Him but we advance His kingdom and the world is a better place because of it. What are you doing with what He has placed in your hands?

We've heard it sang that "life is a highway..." well, it is and it is not. Yes we are on a journey that will take us places that we've never been before but our journey is not without purpose and destiny. Most Americans and most people in the world lets life happen to them instead of making life happen. In light of the fact that we are followers of Jesus Christ the question that begs to be answered is "how then should we live? Like Jesus. He gives us direction in how we should live our life and Jesus' life was and is the pinnacle of how we should live ours. In order to do that we have to do a few things, two of which are, to follow His direction and listen to His voice. When we do that not only will our life be full of all that He has promised but we will see a world around us come to know the same life in Christ that we know.

Moving forward is a normal and natural thing for us as humans. Why? Because God put it in us. Over the past two years we have been attacked in a way to minimize us from moving forward as a people that has been "unprecedented" in human history. The simplicity of going forward is really one of the easiest things we can do. Lean forward and any momentum you have will, by shear gravity, move you forward. God wants us to go forward. He wants us to advance. He has built into our DNA. 2022 will be a year of using the momentum and opportunities God has given us to catapult us forward and advance His kingdom in the here and now.

Knowing what price that Jesus paid for us to have and live in freedom what gift would you bring to Him that could compare? There are a myriad of answers that we could give but the ultimate would be our trust. We trust His heart, His ways and ultimately, His power.
