Love is a powerful force that has and can change the world. However, bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness are volatile forces that can do much damage to not only those around you but to you. The story of the good Samaritan is a great illustration of what God can do to and through a person who has "good reason" to be bitter, resentful, and unforgiving but allows the love of God to flow through them to the "unworthy". Which in actuality we are all unworthy but it is His love that penetrates the hard shell of our past to set us free.

There have been literally thousands upon thousands of songs, movies, videos, paintings, and other forms of media written about love. Very few truly represent love in its truest and real form: Jesus Christ. It was because of love He was compelled to give all He was for us. That is real love.
